Aleksandra Skibicki and Jenny Thai are two Canadian designers, both with a Bachelors of Science with Honors degree in Interaction Design from Simon Fraser University's (SFU) School of Interactive Arts + Technology. Alex Skibicki also has an extended minor in Geography and is currently pursuing her masters studies in Architecture. Jenny Thai has an extended minor in Communications and plans to continue to work in the design field.

Both have worked on The North House,a collaborative project between SFU, University of Waterloo and Ryerson University to build a solar house for The Solar Decathlon 2009. The house is to be exhibited at the competition in Washingto DC in October 2009. The SFU team is working on the "Adaptive Living Interface" for the house, which aides and supports the home dwellers knowledge and actions toward better sustainable living.

In June 2009, the K.I.T. project was one of six SFU projects to be exhibited at Made In Brunel in London UK, an international exhibition for student design and engineering projects.
